From the very beginning of the church the Apostles were confronted with man s attempts to corrupt the purity and the simplicity of salvation by placing demands on God’s people that did not originate from Him. Paul, confronted this brilliantly when he chastised the church for their divisions by confronting those who confessed that they were of this man of God, while others would confess, they were of another man of God. The question Paul raises, is Christ divided? Most Christian denominations, not all, but most, rose up only in the past few centuries, and they were all started by just one man’s view of how to serve God. The elephant in the room is, if there is as the Bible declares just One God, One Lord and Savior, and One Holy Spirit, then why are there so many different denominations?

| Treat Everything in Your Life as a Garden |
The first act of God He did after creation was to create a garden. The definition of a garden is a planned space set aside for planting, growing, and maintaining things that are good and pleasing to the senses. In creating this garden, the Lord reveals His heart as a gardener, and through this garden we see His focus and attention to growing only good things and removing those things which are not good. When the Lord our God created this garden, there were no weeds, thorns, or pests. It was man who introduced weeds, thorns and pests into the garden by disobeying and separating himself from God, the source of all the good that was found in this garden. If we like God the Father, would treat everything in our life as a garden, a planned space where we plant only good things, and maintain what we plant, and remove all the weeds and pests, how much better our lives and the lives of those we are responsible to would be. Remember, a garden is a planned space, it does not happen by chance.
